Welcome to PrintMyFrame. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://printmyframe.com (“Site”) and the purchase of any custom photo frames, printing services, and personalized products from us.

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. General Conditions & Business Ownership

  • Business Identity: PrintMyFrame operates as an e-commerce platform offering customized printing and framing services.
  • Eligibility: By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Service Availability: We reserve the right to refuse service, modify products, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Product Customization & Customer Responsibilities

A. Photo Upload & Quality Disclaimers

  • Customers are required to upload digital photographs and submit text information (e.g., names, dates of birth, weights, height stats) for frame customization.
  • Resolution & Quality: High-definition printing depends entirely on the quality of the image files uploaded by the customer. PrintMyFrame is not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution prints resulting from poor-quality user-submitted images.

B. Image Ownership & Copyright Declaration

  • By uploading photos to printmyframe.com, you warrant and represent that you own the copyright/intellectual property rights to the images or have explicit authorization from the copyright holder to print them.
  • You agree not to upload any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or illegal content. PrintMyFrame reserves the right to reject and refund any order containing inappropriate content.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold PrintMyFrame harmless against any third-party copyright infringement claims arising from images you provided.

3. Order Process & WhatsApp Proof Approval

  1. Digital Proof Generation: Upon receiving your order, our design team formats your submitted photos and text details into a visual digital layout.
  2. Proof Sharing: We will share this digital proof with you via WhatsApp (+91-7798803333) or email for your review within 12 to 24 hours of order placement.
  3. Customer Approval:
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all spellings, birth details, date formats, and photo placements on the proof.
    • Once you reply with your explicit approval on WhatsApp, your order is immediately sent to production.
    • PrintMyFrame will not be held liable for spelling errors, incorrect dates, or wrong text that were approved by the customer on the digital proof.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Pricing Currency: All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR – ₹) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment Processing: We accept online payments via Razorpay/Cashfree/PhonePe (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where eligible.
  • Prepaid Orders: Payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways. PrintMyFrame does not store or process your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs directly.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and replacements are strictly governed by our standalone Shipping, Return & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations: Permitted only before design proof approval on WhatsApp. Once approved and sent to print, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Custom Product Exception: Because all items are custom-printed specifically for you, non-defective returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  • Damaged Arrivals: If a frame arrives broken or damaged, a 100% free replacement will be provided upon submission of a continuous unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All content published on https://printmyframe.com—including site design, graphics, banners, product layouts, logos, and code—is the property of PrintMyFrame and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of site content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintMyFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our services.
  • Delays in courier transit caused by third-party logistics partners (Delhivery).
  • Minor color variations between digital screens (RGB) and physical prints (CMYK).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of printmyframe.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
